Message: Graduating Senior Reflections!
Just a very quick reminder that this week we will hear the first of our graduating seniors offer their reflection during worship. In the true spirit of Pentecost, we undoubtedly will be inspired by their thoughtfulness in faith. I really looking forward to hearing how this church has influenced their faith journey and practice!

Mykola Leontovych (1877 – 1921) was a Ukrainian composer specializing in a cappella choral music ranging from modern to liturgical to folk music. He was educated as both priest and musician. Following the 1917 independence of Ukraine he taught at the Kyiv Conservatory. Leontovych is recognized for composing “Shchedryk”, known in the English-speaking world as “Carol of the Bells”. He was assassinated by a Soviet agent in 1921, and is considered a martyr of the Eastern Orthodox Ukrainian Church.
