This Sunday we’ll look at a scripture that has been used far too often to set unreasonable expectations for the role of wife. And yet, when read outside of this perspective it is a beautiful recognition of the endless world and incomprehensible wisdom of women as a whole. Together we’ll wonder why and how such a stunning piece of observation based poetry could find its way into such a patriarch-based collection of writings?
