Message: And Joy
From Soo, our student minister and preacher this Sunday!… “Sunday October 26, 2025 is this year’s Pumpkinfest filled with face painting, music, and more. Yet, we live in a world that is hurting. In the midst of stress, anxiety, grief, fear and rage, there is still room for joy. Both scriptures this week talk about recognizing that joy has a place in our hearts and lives even in the midst of hard times.”
This Sunday we’ll practice JOY! Join us for worship at 10:00am and then STAY for PumpkinFest afterwards. Bring your neighbors and family to enjoy the facepainting, petting zoo and pumpkin decorating!
Also, coming up…
Sunday, November 2 – Blessing of the Animals in worship! At your discretion, bring your pets to worship for a blessing. If your pet won’t do well in the sanctuary (like mine!) go home after church and grab them for a post worship blessing or bring a picture and we’ll bless them from afar.
Also, after church our 3 final Transformative Grant candidates will present their programs
ALSO, parents of children and youth, join us in the Youth Room (downstairs) to meet Elle and hear more about the children’s and youth programs planned for this year at UPA!
