Message: Senior Sermons!
Scripture: John 17: 20-26
This week we will celebrate our graduating high school seniors! These are kids who you all helped raise and grow into faithful, kind, and compassionate young adults. It’s one of my favorite Sundays of the year because we are all so incredibly proud of our young people! 2025 UPA seniors include Sawyer G, Will Z, and Mateus D.
Also!! (I have to add) members of this class are very special to me because they are my first confirmation class to graduate high school! I’m just so proud of these three young people and how far they’ve come in our loving embrace. I do hope you will join us this Sunday to celebrate this incredible achievement and all that lay ahead for each of them.
Also ALSO!! I promised more information on faith leaders’ walk from Lexington into Boston on Friday. You are welcome to join us at any of the prayer stops in Arlington, Cambridge or at the end on the Boston Common. CORRECTION: I had said that we’d be ending at the State House. It looks like we’re ending in the Common instead. Please let me know if you plan to join us in Boston for the final rally and prayer and I’ll share my gps location with you so you know exactly where to meet us.
I can’t say enough how energized I am from many of your comments regarding my sermon on Sunday. We are indeed being called into action and it sounds like you all are ready and excited to heed that call!
