Scripture: Luke 13:1-9
YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS THIS SUNDAY’S WORSHIP SERVICE!
I am so absolutely proud and inspired by the faith and joy of this congregation, especially in this political climate when it feels like our communities are becoming broken and our neighbors are fearful and/or suffering. During historical times such as these, a community looks to the local church to be vibrant and committed to our vision, rooted in a confident faith, and hopeful. This is what we have been -and this is what WE ARE! And Auburndale and greater Newton see this and, thus, want to be a part of it.
This Sunday we will be welcoming 11 adults and their collective 8 children to full membership with the United Parish of Auburndale! This church will be FILLED with the Holy Spirit and it’s unbridled joy so be sure to come so you can be a part of it!
Additionally, this Sunday we’ll be reading the parable of the fig tree. We’ll consider what it is to judge another when we could be supporting one another, giving each other what we need to be vibrant and bear fruit!
See you Sunday!
Peace,
Cheryl
