PAGEANT SUNDAY!

At UPA we have several opportunities to worship and celebrate the birth of the Emmanuel…
This Sunday, Dec. 18th is PAGEANT SUNDAY! Without question, one of our favorite Sundays all year, Pageant Sunday will include UPA and Auburndale children of all ages telling the story of Christmas. If your child is not yet signed up please be in touch with the office or directly with Pei to be sure they don’t miss participating in this fun and meaningful event!
On Tuesday, Dec. 20th at 7pm join us for our Longest Night Worship when we will lift up the grief and sadness many of us hold especially at this time of year. We will recognize our loss of life, love, and liveliness these past years. And we will focus our hearts to the light that burns amidst our grief.
And then there’s Christmas Eve! Join us at 5pm for an intergenerational service of Lessons and Carols including music from our young singers and bell ringers! Join us at 8pm for a traditional candlelight service of lessons and carols where we will usher in the birth of the Christ that makes all things new!
As I said, so many opportunities to prepare for Christmas and celebrate all that can be through Love. See you Sunday!
