Message: The Greatest Gift of Life
My goodness, so much has happened since I saw you all last. It feels like the whole world has changed in just 2 weeks. How are we to make sense of a civil war in the city of Minneapolis, children being violently and illegally abducted by men paid by our federal government to do just this, one country already illegally absorbed for financial gain and the threat of others yet to be overtaken… all while our own lives, fears and dramas continue to play out in big and small ways. How do we take all of this in? How do we hold so much violence and hate? How do we love when it seems the only way to fight this hate is with more hate?
Let’s talk about it. Also, maybe, LET’S SING IT – very possibly Matt and I may have another Indigo Girls song for you all!
