Because of covid and the intensity of life in this time, many people are living in a liminal season. How we respond in these liminal spaces is up to us. How we lead as a co-worker, parent, partner or supervisor can be reactive or creative. While liminal seasons can incubate great innovations, they can also paralyze us with fear or grief.
