From Susan Beaumont’s book, “How to Lead When You Don’t Know Where You’re Going: Leading in a Liminal Season”: “Liminal experiences “follow a predictable three-part process. Something comes to an end. There is an in-between season marked by disorientation, disidentification, and disengagement.  Finally, and often after a very long and painful struggle, something new emerges.”

Because of covid and the intensity of life in this time, many people are living in a liminal season. How we respond in these liminal spaces is up to us. How we lead as a co-worker, parent, partner or supervisor can be reactive or creative. While liminal seasons can incubate great innovations, they can also paralyze us with fear or grief. Come explore how to maximize our personal and spiritual wellness in these transitory life experiences.
