Date: Saturday, April 27, 2024
Time: 5:30pm – 9:30pm, dinner + entertainment + silent auction + live auction
Location: UPA!
Who: The UPA community (adults only, please)
What to bring: 1) Appetizers (see below); 2) BYOB; 3) Credit card for auction item purchases; and 4) Cash (specifically $1s and $5s) for special opportunities including a 50/50 raffle and the chance to purchase a Hollywood star to honor a UPA star!

The date is almost here! Come to Coffee Hour on Sunday April 21, 2024 or watch for a special e-blast announcement before April 27, 2024, for information about tickets to the auction – getting your ticket ahead of the event gives you access to a preview list of auction items so you can start thinking about bidding! As you’ve heard, the auction will be a great time with its Hollywood theme and the opportunity to bid on fantastic items, large and small. Come dressed as your favorite celebrity if you’d like, or just come as YOU. Enjoy dinner, entertainment, and lots of laughter as we celebrate together and support the UPA. Places, everyone!

From the UPA Auction Food Committee: Please bring an appetizer to share at the Auction if you are able! Feeling creative? Make it a movie-themed snack! Simply bring the appetizer on Saturday April 27, 2024 at 5:30pm when you arrive at the event (please bring hot appetizers heated and ready-to-serve).
And finally, a special call to UPA youth: The UPA Auction needs more donations from our youth! Please submit your donations by Monday April 22, 2024 to Donation Form – 2024 UPA Auction. Here are some ideas for youth donations:
- Babysitting for a UPA family for X hours on a weekend
- Gift wrapping for a UPAer for X number of hours or gifts
- Coach a UPA kid for X number of hours (sports, art, cooking, music)
- Raking or yard work for a UPAer for X number of hours
- A handmade item (batch of brownies; crocheted hat; etc.), delivered to a UPAer’s home
- Feed a cat or bring in the mail for one weekend for a vacationing UPAer
